'Tis this time again! Join us to celebrate the arrival of the 2011 Beaujolais nouveau.
In France, the tradition on that special day is to taste the new wine over a friendly meal,
so our chef has created a special menu with dishes from the Beaujolais region.

Pumpkin & walnut soup, goat cheese crumbles, & Beaujolais reduction

Snails in garlic-Beaujolais butter, set on puff pastry

Arugula salad, poached pear, candied hazelnuts, dry cranberries, & Parmesan vinaigrette

Braised beef with carrots, mushrooms, pearl onions, orange confit,
served with trofie pasta & spices-orange reduction
